The former Waterloo International Eurostar terminal (platforms 20-24) should be completed next year. Ready for new 10-cars to use the 5 platforms at Waterloo as it will be used for the Reading and Windsor line services and to reduce congestion in & out of Waterloo station. Since Eurostar have moved to St. Pancras International 10 years ago.
