The final line-up of speakers has been confirmed for the first session in RAIL’s new webinar series.
With a focus on Great British Railways (GBR) and its mission to create a simpler, better railway, the webinars are being supported by RSSB and AECOM, plus co-sponsors Atkins, Trainline and Independent Rail Retailers.
This first event of the series takes place on October 25 (1030-1200) and it titled The Passenger Experience, Fares & Ticketing.
The GBR Transition Team will provide an update on how the foundations are being laid for the industry to adopt a customer-led approach to revenue growth, while leading a generational change in how rail is bought, paid for an experienced.
The series will be chaired by RAIL Managing Editor and Events Direction Nigel Harris.
The speakers for this first episode are:
- AECOM Associate Director Claire Falkiner
- RSSB Chairman Mike Brown CBE MVO
- IRR Chairman Alistair Lees
- Lumo and Hull Trains MD Martijn Gilbert
- GBRTT Director of Fares, Ticketing and Retail Stuart Fox-Mills
