Passengers using Huddersfield station are being reminded that the lift on platform 1 will remain out of action until April 4.
Work commenced on March 14 to replace parts of the lift so that it can continue to operate reliably.
It means that there is currently no step-free access to platforms 4-8. Passengers using these platforms and needing to use the lift should therefore pre-book assistance through either National Rail or any train operator so that alternative transport, such as a taxi, can be arranged.
