New Managing Director for Network Rail Wales

Keolis Group Managing Director, Hyderabad Mass Transit, Andy Thomas is to become Network Rail’s Wales Route Managing Director from August. He will succeed Paul McMahon, who will remain in the post in an interim role until Thomas joins.

Thomas has previously worked for Transport for New South Wales and Transport for London, where he was head of strategic planning and performance.
