The Office of Rail and Road has released its latest quarterly passenger and freight rail performance reports which showed a slight decline in performance across the network for the passenger performance but a marked improvement for freight in the three months of April to June.

Well the Class 142, Class 143 and Class 144 Pacer trains are nearly 50 years and are ageing very slowly with other trains built by BREL are reaching 30/40 years old since their trains have been built back in the 1960's, 70's and 80's.
