Will some Birmingham Reading services route via International and Coventry taking up paths that have been released by the reduced frequency of Avanti and LNR Birmingham London services? It would improve rail-based access to Birmingham International Airport and the NEC, and better connect Coventry a major Midlands city and a substantial higher education location.
